The 42SRP-6022-QD is a Series 6000 photoelectric sensor. This device was designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This photoelectric sensor has a voltage range of 10 to 30 volts DC. It has a 4-pin Micro QD connector. The diffuse mode is fixed focus, and the output type is both NPN and PNP for DC voltages and MOSFET for AC/DC voltages. With a reaction time of 1 millisecond, the maximum sensing range is 28 mm (1.1 inches). It features a mild operation mode. It has an infrared sensor beam. This sensor is a cuboid, 1-way system, small sensor. This sensor is derived from the Series 6000 photoelectric detectors, which provide dependable general-purpose sensing in a small size. Each sensor in the Series 6000 has a single red output indication. A red power indicator is seen on the transmitted beam light source. Each sensor features a four-turn adjustment potentiometer that is clutch-protected. For the Series 6000, a special Swivel/Tilt mounting bracket is offered. This bracket enables the sensor to be tilted 10 degrees in either direction or swiveled 360 degrees. There are also three alternative right-angle steel mounting brackets available. It has a vibration range of 10 to 55 hertz and an amplitude of 1 mm. This device can withstand a shock rated up to 30 g with a 1 millisecond pulse duration. This sensor has an operating temperature that should remain within a range of -40 degrees Celsius to +56 degrees Celsius, or -40 degrees Fahrenheit to +150 degrees Fahrenheit. The relative humidity rating for this sensor is 95% maximum.
