The 440E-L13043 is a lifeline 4 emergency cable pull switch that works with lifeline 4 cables, with a span of about 75 meters. It may span a maximum of 75 meters. Allen-Bradley designed and produced this safety equipment, which has an ISO 850-compliant lid-mounted a stop button for emergencies, switching lockout for cable pulled and slack, and can be fitted and operated worldwide. It has an IP rating of 67, which means it can survive extreme circumstances. All of the stainless-steel cables pull switches in the Lifeline 4 series are constructed of stainlesssteel 316 and are appropriate for situations with stringent hygiene standards. Because of its all-stainless design and the absence of a plastic E-stop button, this switch is excellent for use in food and beverage processing and other tough industrial applications.
Installed along or around difficult equipment such as conveyors, the Lifeline 4 cable may give continual emergency stop access while remaining compact. When the device is switched on, the mode mechanism guarantees that the contacts are rapidly latched open. As a result, the contacts can be reset by purposefully turning the blue reset dial on the side of the device. Tripping dangers, as well as the effects of thermal strains, are additionally protected by the design. The device has been outfitted with a mushroom-head emergency shutdown mechanism, which allows for E-Stop access even at the furthest reaches of the spanning span. The system is easy to install and operate for spans of approximately 125 meters when combined with a cable status indicator.
