The 440N-H02087 is a Guardmaster Ex Range stainless steel explosion resistant magnetically activated non-contact safety interlock switch. This switch is magnetically actuated with one (1) normally closed (NC) contact and a cable length the measures 10 meters, or the equivalent of 32.8 feet. This device has a housing structure and sealed flameproof contact blocks that correspond to contacts, whether they are safety contacts or auxiliary contacts. It has an IP66 housing with a rated voltage of 250 volts AC and 250 volts DC. The rated current is 5 amperes for AC input and 0.25 amperes for DC input. The operating force of this device is 1.6 N - 0.4/ - 0.2 N, while the release force is 0.4 N. It has a pre-travel rating of 0.8 mm (0.03 in.), an over-travel rating of 0.6 mm (0.02 in.), and a return travel rating of 1.1 mm (0.04 in.). The switching frequency of this device is limited to 3000 operations per hour. The mechanical life is defined as 2,000,000 operations.

This module requires no physical touch with the actuator, enabling the guard door to be opened immediately. Because there is no contact between the sensor and the actuator, the possibility of debris contamination is reduced. The large sensor field compensates for door misalignment. Allen-Bradley Guardmaster safety link systems are full machine safety wiring solutions. Safety wired t-ports, distributing boxes, patch cords, and shorting plugs are all part of these rapid disconnect-based systems. Security connection systems are intended to save installation costs, facilitate system expansion, and make troubleshooting easier.
