The 440R-C23137, manufactured by Allen-Bradley,  is a safety relay device that is part of the Guardmaster series of products. It only performs a single function and needs a power supply with a voltage of 115 VAC as an input power source to operate. This safety relay is appropriate for use with light curtains and safety mats, among other applications. The capability of DIN rail mounting is generally required in this case. Additionally, it offers characteristics such as replaceable screw terminals and contract operation that is either typically open or closed. Manual reset operations are also available, with the option of being automated or manual. The torque settings characteristics of this module are accessible, as well as terminal screws ranging from 0.6 Nm to 0.8 Nm in diameter and length (5-7 lb. in). The vibration frequency is typically 10-55 Hz and 0.35 mm in length, according to the manufacturer. 0.2-2.5 mm conductor size or 24 -12 AWG rated cable is used in the construction of the relays.
