The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 592-C1HA 592 is an SMP solid-state overload relay module. It belongs to the 592 series from Allen-Bradley. It comes equipped with many advanced features such as manual or automatic reset options and field selectable trip class. It is meant to be used with the 0 and 1 sized starters. The module has a current rating of 7 to 37 amperes. There are several protections features on this module, such as jam protection, ground fault protection, and phase loss protection. For the relay to be positioned properly, it must be installed on a mounting plate. It is ideally used with an SMP-3 NEMA starter. For this type of starter, it is advised that the user uses 120 to 240 VAC-rated coils. It must be used in a controlled environment. The relative humidity rating on this module must be below 95 percent. The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 592-C1HA 592 SMP solid-state overload relay module comes equipped with two triac outputs. For operation, they require an AC voltage. It also requires non-volatile operating memory protection, test function buttons, and manual reset buttons. It can be operated using DIP switch selectable functions. This relay module also comes with features such as test functions, manual and automatic resetting, and ground fault protection. The LED status indicators display the status of outputs A and B, the power status, and whether or not a trip has occurred. Using the output A & B, this safety relay module can be connected to a human-machine interface. Thanks to the communication capabilities, this module is able to send and receive different status information.
