The Allen Bradley 592-EC5ED is an overload module with a frequency range of 20 to 250 hertz. This overload relay module comes with protection measures for single- and three-phase motors. There are built-in I/O ports on this module. There are a total of six (6) input modules and two (2) output modules. The trip and other warning features on this module come with programmable features. As part of its diagnostic functions, users can access the history for the last 5 trips. Ground fault protection is embedded in this overload relay module. 

The Allen Bradley 592-EC5ED can be used for PTC thermistor monitoring. It features the DeviceLogix component technology. Users can conduct voltage and power monitoring using this overload relay module. This multi-function relay module comes with a microprocessor pre-installed on it. It can be deployed to ensure the safety of single- or three-phase squirrel cage induction motors. Along with providing direct DeviceNet connectivity, this relay module also comes with other advanced features such as true RMS current sensing, warning diagnostics, variable frequency, I/O capabilities, and ambient compensated overload protection. This is not all as this relay module also offers PTC thermistor input, additional I/O capabilities, and zero sequence (core balance) ground fault protection. 

The Allen Bradley 592-EC5ED comes with several industrial compliance certifications, such as ABS, C-tick, cULus, and CE. This relay module is part of the E3 Plus series from Allen Bradley. The contactor size for this relay module is size 4. This device requires an ambient temperature range of -20 to +55 degrees Celsius to operate.
