Product number 825-PVS is an optional voltage input card that was designed and produced by the company known as Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This optional voltage input card comes from the Bulletin 825 series of intelligent motor managers. The primary application of this card is to protect the 825-P units. The voltage rating of this optional voltage input card is 300 volts alternating current (AC). Users of this Allen Bradley product are advised to adhere to the environmental variables when operating and storing this accessory unit. The temperature of the surrounding area when this card is in use should range from -4 degrees Fahrenheit to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, or the equivalent temperature range of -20 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius. However, when this optional voltage input card is being stored, the temperature of the surrounding area should range from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 185 degrees Fahrenheit, or -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. This card was designed to be used at altitudes of up to, but not exceeding, 2000 meters, or the equivalent of 6562 feet. If operated at a greater altitude, derating may occur. Concerning the safety of the personnel, it is worth mentioning that this voltage card is vulnerable to electrostatic discharge, implying that it is ESD sensitive product. Therefore, both in operation and storage, this voltage input card should be protected. To protect this product, it should be placed in a static-safe container. Operators should exercise wearing grounding wrist straps when handling this product.
