Part number 836T-D452J is a pressure control unit that was designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. It is part of the Bulletin 836 product line, designed for general industrial applications in pressure control and detection. Most frequently, these units are in operation with air, water, oil, noncorrosive liquids, vapors and gases for applications with air compressors, monitoring systems, liquid level control, vacuum transfer systems, and high- and low-pressure alert. The 836T-D452J model is a pressure difference control unit with operator copper allow bellows. There are two bellows, in which one bellow connected to each system. The pipeline connection is with internal thread ¼ inch, type NPTF.  The enclosure is type 1, 4, and 13 industrial uses with a standard 2-circuit contact block.

The pressure control device has an adjustable system difference range of 5 to 40 pounds per square inch (psi), and its adjustable differential is 5 to 30 pounds per square inch (psi). The device longest life and best accuracy is observed, when used in 30 to 80 percent of the setting ranges. The unit requires a minimum 30 inches of mercury line pressure vacuum and can sustain a maximum pressure of 350 pounds per square inch (psi).  The maximum occasional surge pressure of this device is 375 pounds per square inch (psi). This device has an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius, or 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The relative humidity of the area surrounding the device should remain within a range of 5% and 95%, as well as be non-condensing.
