Product number 849A-ZOD25 is a pneumatic timing relay. This device was designed and produced by the company known as Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This product is a part of the Bulletin 849 series of products. This pneumatic timing relay, as well as all Bulletin 849 timing relays, must be mounted in a vertical orientation. In more detail, the solenoid mechanism should be located at the top, while the timing units should be located at the bottom. The maximum voltage rating of this pneumatic timing relay is 120 volts alternating current (AC) at a frequency of 50 or 60 hertz. The make and break currents of this device is rated at sixty (60) amperes and six (6) amperes, respectively. Additionally, the Allen Bradley 849A-ZOD25 pneumatic timing relay has make and break power ratings of 7200 volt-amperes and 720 volt-amperes, respectively. The continuous carrying current of the Allen Bradley 849A-ZOD25 pneumatic timing relay is ten (10) amperes. Additionally, this Allen Bradley product has a DC voltage range of 115 volts DC to 125 volts DC. It also has a DC current rating of 0.4 amperes. The timing range of the Bulletin 849 pneumatic timing relays is a minimum of 1/20 of a second to a maximum of 180 seconds. The repeat accuracy of this device is approximately plus or minus (+/-) 10 percent of the time setting. Additionally, a minimum reset time of 75 milliseconds must be provided to attain the repetitive accuracy. The temperature range suitable for this pneumatic timing relay is 0 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
