Designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley, this module has a 24 volts AC/DC voltage with a steady socket light module and an LED mount. The color of the lens in this tower light is green. The varying weight and style of mounting of the module makes the tower lights more prone to damage from shock and vibrations. For a single module stack, a 150G shock and 5G vibrations can be tolerated with a surface mount base or a 10-centimeter aluminum pole base but for vertical or 25 cm aluminum pole bases, a 95G shock or 3.5G vibrations are tolerated. For a three-module stack, a 45G shock and 1.5G vibrations can be tolerated with a surface-mount base or a 10-centimeter aluminum pole base but for vertical or 25 cm aluminum pole base, a 30G shock or 1.25G vibrations are tolerated. For a five-module stack, a 35G shock and 0.75G vibrations can be tolerated with a surface mount base or a 10-centimeter aluminum pole base, but for vertical or 25 cm aluminum pole base, a 20G shock or 0.5G vibrations are tolerated. The recommended wire size is between 22 AWG and 16 AWG, and the recommended terminal torque is 0.87 N.m. The light module has an IP65 rating with a UL Type 4/4X/13 listing. The appropriate operational temperature is -25 to 50 degrees Celsius. The LED module of this device has a 100,000-hour lamp life in case of no vibrations. In the LED module, it has a 33-milliampere current consumption for the green light.
