The Allen-Bradley metal horn with an attached xenon strobe 855XM-CGMA10DA4 has a default gray housing and two standard M20 X 1.5 mm conduit entries. There are up to three circuits in the horn to reduce initial and installation costs for multi-status indication. The standalone electronic horn has lower current consumption than a traditional electromechanical horn. Plus, it has automatic tone synchronization for multiple connected horns. It is suitable for indoor or outdoor installation. The power required by the horn is 115 to 125 Volts AC at 60 Hertz. It has the standard rating of 116 dB (A) at 1 meter with 64 tones and 4 stages. The beacon rating is 5J and has red color. The 855XM-CGMA10DA4 model has a shock rating of 30 g and vibration rating of 3 g.

They have operating temperature range of -40 to 122 degrees F (-40 to 50 degrees Celsius) and storage temperature range of -40 to 158 degrees F (-40 to 70 degrees Celsius). The durable horn is made with marine grade aluminum (Al Si12 Cu) housing powder coated with gray color, stainless steel screws and lens cage, polycarbonate over glass beacon lens, O-ring fluorosilicone UL cover to base gasket and fiber washer gasket for screw mounting hole. The metal horn with 116 dB (A) sound output at one meter is adjustable over 12 dB (A). The strobe light has a flashing frequency of 1 per second. The approximate dimensions of the horn with strobe are 147 x 268 x 124 millimeters (5.8 x 10.5 x 4.9 inches).
