The 100-C60D00 is one of the very powerful IEC contactors in the Bulletin 100-C series. The contactor is capable of withstanding a maximum current of 60 amperes, hence, it can be used to switch high power motors or motor systems. The contactor has a coil voltage rating of 120 volts AC. This coil's main purpose is to help with switching when sufficient voltage is applied across its terminals. The frequency rating of the 100-C60D00 contactor is 50/60 hertz. The contactor features 3 poles with an integrated diode. However, it does not feature an auxiliary contact. The contacts are placed on the sides are of screw-type configuration, a Phillips head standard screwdriver is recommended when installing. 

Since the device is rated at 60 amperes, a lot of heat dissipation is expected during operation. Therefore, it is recommended to operate this device in an area where the ambient temperature does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. The size of this contactor is also larger given the higher current rating, it measures approximately 72 millimeters x 122 millimeters x 117 millimeters (width x depth x height). The recommended position for installation is horizontally on a DIN rail (35 mm) inside a panel box to prevent dust and another environmental factor from affecting the performance of the device. The 100-C60D00 contactor supports a variety of optional accessories. A voltage sag immunity module can also be connected with this contactor, which helps with electrical interruption. All the contactors in the 100-C series were made with eco-Friendly materials to help the environment. This contactor is IEC, CSA, and UL certified.
