The 1440-TB-D device is a screw clamp D terminal base from Bulletin 1440 series of products. This device, as well as all the Bulletin 1440 series of products, were designed and produced by Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation. The 1440-TB-D allows the user to plan automated data collecting from any number of monitors and equipment from the Bulletin 1444 or 1440 series. This screw clamp base is typically used in conjunction with a 1440-REX00-04RD expansion relay module. The physical dimensions of this product measure out to 57.2 mm x 98.4 mm x 95.3 mm (height x width x depth). The temperature range of this product should remain between -20 degrees Celsius and +65 degrees Celsius. This product requires a power supply capable of supplying 21.6 volts to 26.4 volts of DC (direct current) power. This Allen-Bradley device provides fault frequency detection and the ability to plan for on-demand import tags from a Logix controller. This product also comes with built-in standardizations that an administrator can modify, as well as the capacity to utilize and transfer data from any OPC network. For use with the XM-442 EODS circuit, this product features one (1) digital signal and one (1) analog output. This product has two (2) channels for the connection of common vibration sensors such as eddy current probes, accelerometers, and any output sensor of voltage. Signal processing is included, which allows for synchronous or asynchronous measurements. By connecting to the DeviceNet network, this device may monitor the axes, enclosure, or base vibrations in rotating machinery. The Allen-Bradley 1440-TB-D also features two (2) 25-volt tachometer inputs, two (2) stages of integration signal processing, and FFT processing with up to 30 variables recorded at a 50-volt pulse width.
