The 1606-XLP100F Compact Power Supply. For quick and easy mounting, this module has a plastic cover with spring-clamp connectors. It also has auto-select input and multiple operation modes to choose from. This device produces 100 Watts of total output power and has an average mean time before failure of more than 50,000 hours. It has a 9 percent efficiency rating and a power factor of 0.55. Internally fused inputs and MOVs safeguards it from short-circuiting and transient voltages. The input current rating of the module is 2.1 Amps at 100 Volts DC and 1 Amp at 220 Volts AC, with an inrush current rating of 35 Amps at 220 Volts AC. Unlike traditional power supply, this device has a high hold-up time of 20 milliseconds at 100 volts AC and 40 milliseconds at 230 volts AC. It has an output voltage range of 48 to 56 volts DC that can be adjusted by the user. Its output current range is 1.8 Amps to 2.1 Amps, with a maximum power loss of 10 Watts. Short-circuit protection, open-circuit detection, overload protection at up to 1.9 times rated input, diagnostics, and status LEDs are all included in this device. This module has an average weight of 0.79 pounds and approximate mounting dimensions of 2.87 x 2.95 x 4.06 inches. Finally, both the inputs and outputs of this power supply support the same wire gauge. The 1606-XLP100F power supply, for example, may utilize either solid or stranded wires. Solid wires, on the other hand, should be between 26 and 12 AWG. Stranded wires should be the same size as solid wires when employed.
