The 800T-J2 is a three-position selector switch from the Bulletin 800T product line. This device was designed and manufactured by the company known as Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. The standard knob length of this device measures 30.5 millimeters. This device is white in color. Additionally, this selector switch is a non-illuminated three-position selector switch housed with the NEMA 4/13 enclosure that meets the international safety and quality guidelines. Furthermore, it is designed to provide easy management and control to the operators enabling applicability and usability goals. The target table selection of this unit includes cam and contact blocks, which is a standard in this line of products. The major functionality of a Bulletin 800T selector switch, in particular, is to provide the appropriate shorting action while switching between phases.

Additionally, the Allen Bradley 800T-J2 selector switch is a safety enhancer, implying that using a selection switch with a PLC (programmable logic controller) controller, for example, may help to prevent an open circuit between the selector switch positions.
