This is the Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley 8500-HPGI2 spare part. This unit is an interface board that is manufactured as a replacement printed circuit board (PCB). This component is a hand pulse generator interface unit. It is compatible with Computer Numeric Control (CNC) machines that are used in the manufacturing industry for machining mechanical components. This circuit board module provides an interface between the manual rotary pulse generator in a CNC machine and the main control board inside the unit. It allows the operator to manually send electrical pulse signals to the machine hardware. It features a configurable output design. This unit has been discontinued by the manufacturer. It has a manufacturing date of 1997 and is a Revision 1 model of the interface unit board. It is part of the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Controller family of products made by Allen-Bradley. The component has an open circuit board featuring onboard ports for connectivity. The sensitive electrical components are protected against environmental contaminants and electrostatic damage by a protective metal cover. This module does not support installation while the machine is in use. The CNC needs to be isolated from all power sources before this component can be installed. Care needs to be taken while handling the unit to avoid any electrostatic charges from being produced, as they can damage the circuitry of the interface board. This unit also has an alternative product ID of BM11457. It is not a standalone module, and can only function when installed in a compatible CNC machine.

Because of the high volume of outgoing and incoming shipments on a day to day basis, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on items ordered mistakenly or part numbers ordered incorrectly.
