Part number MVI46-DFNT, which was designed and manufactured by the company known as ProSoft Technology, is an inRAx client or server communication module which aids in linking SLC processors to Ethernet/IP network applications. This module is SLC-backplane compatible and can send and read, as well as write orders to remote devices via twenty (20) servers. Moreover, this ProSoft Technology module has an eight hundred (800) milliampere current at five (5) volts load at the backplane, and the module is rated for a non-operating shock of fifty (50) G along with an operating shock of thirty (30) G. In addition to that, this ProSoft device has one (1) RJ45 configuration port and it has RS-232 support. However, this module does not include hardware handshaking. The unit comes with an RJ45-to-DB-9 cable and there is also an electrically isolated Ethernet/IP port. In addition to that, this module has a one (1) minute rating of one thousand five hundred (1500) volts rms at a frequency range of fifty (50) to sixty (60) hertz. This device can process up to one hundred (100) user commands per client, and it has the ability to function as both a server or a client. This module can also support up to four thousand (4000) SLC registers. This device has user definable device storage usage and sends data to the processor via M0 and M1 files. Moreover, this module includes integrated light emitting diode (LED) status indicators for statuses regarding multiple aspects of the product, as well as error alerts.
