The 20G1AND156AA0NNNNN drive features an Ethernet communication interface which allows for Integrated Motion over IP control feature. This Power Flex AC drive can be connected to the same network as a Kinetix motion drive. This drive allows parameters to be directly integrated into the ControlLogix controller or the compact variant. When powered from a nominal 480 VAC, 3-phase supply, this drive produces 125 horsepower output and 156 amps of output current for normal operation, and 100 amps and 100 horsepower output for heavy-duty operation. It features a NEMA/UL IP20/IP00 rated open housing with built-in filtering and does not have a door-mounted Human Interface Module (HIM). This drive allows for positioning through indexing, PC programming, electronic gearing, and velocity or position profiling. The 20G1AND156AA0NNNNN also includes a conformal coating. It is supported by a high-resolution LCD screen that acts as an HMI. The display can contain up to 6 lines of text to provide users with a clearer explanation of drive parameters and events. The 20G1AND156AA0NNNNNN has a real-time clock to provide a time-stamped event. The 20G1AND156AA0NNNNN features embedded control tech allowing for block programming and independent control functionality. The drive initially comes with a frame size 6 with an IP00 rating (NEMA/UL open-type) but can be changed to IP20 (NEMA/UL Type-1) by implementing the optional accessory (20-750-NEMA1-F6). The drive measures 665 mm x 308 mm x 346 mm (height x width x depth). This AC drive has an operating temperature that should remain within a range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.
