Allen-22F-B1P6N103 Bradley's PowerFlex 4M AC Adjustable Frequency Drive is an AC adjustable frequency drive without a CE-compliant filter, without dynamic braking, and with a fixed keypad and LED human interface module for controlling industrial servo motors. It operates at 240V AC (3-phase) at a frequency range of 50-60Hz and has a 0.2KW (0.25HP) and 1.6A output rating at a 200-240V AC input line range. The drive runs at 47-63 Hz at 180-265V AC, pulls 1.9 Amps of input current rating, and uses 0.8KVA of real power. It protects branch circuits with three Class J Fuses (0-30A rating), a 140M-C2E-B25 motor protector, and a 100-C09 circuit contactor. The 22F-B1P6N103 has five (2 programmable) 24V DC digital control inputs with (18-24V/0-6V ON/OFF) Source and (0-6/18-24V ON/OFF) Sink modes that may be selected through a DIP switch, as well as one unipolar, 10-bit analog (0-10V DC/4-20mA) input with 100K and 250 input loads.

The drive includes a Form C relay output rated at 3amps resistive and 0.5 Amp inductive at 30V DC, 125V AC, and 240V AC, as well as over-current protection (over 200 percentage hardware limit and 300 percent instantaneous fault), as well as over-voltage/under voltage protection. The drive offers a programming interface through the fixed programming panel keys and the 4-digit LCD display screen, as well as extra control and monitoring via the drive's ten LED light indicators that indicate the drive's mode. It has an integrated RS-485 serial connection connector for host PC programming, and it also supports optional DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, and PROFIBUS communication protocols for increased network coverage. Panel mounting is possible, and the drive is protected by an IP20 (NEMA Type-Open) enclosure.
