Allen-Bradley’s 25A-B2P5N104 is a three phase 240 Volt AC drive without a filter. It is open type and is a variable drive with normal and heavy duty. This is a 2.5 Ampere, 0.4 Kilowatt, 0.5 horsepower drive with Frame A and an IP20 enclosure. This AC drive belongs to the PowerFlex 523 series. The design of the drive is modular. It enables the user to detach all external power and control modules. The control module is designed as per standard. This helps in multiple couplings (varies AC drives). Open loop motor speed control applications serve as the primary application of this drive. The drive’s overload rating is 110% current (for overload up to 60 seconds) and 150% current (for overload up to 3 seconds).

The three phase 240 Volts of alternating current is supplied in all input terminals. The output current is 2.5 Amperes. The motor control algorithms follow standards. The drive is integrated with a multi-language LCD display, which helps in quick configurations. The drive has five (5) digital inputs, one (1) analog input & output, and one relay output. The dimensions of the drive ranges around 2.83 x 5.98 x 6.77 inches. The weight of the drive ranges around 2.4 pounds. It operates at temperatures as high as 70 °C. The drive has flexible mounting options and comes with effortless installation. The configurations are easy to understand from the manual.
