Troubleshoot your Panelview prior to shipping it in:

  1. Check for auto test error codes

    1. Common error codes that require repair:

      1. Error 31 Stuck Key

      2. Error 3A/3b Stuck Key

      3. Error 32 Time Clock

  2. Check the back of the Panelview to see if any Led/Lights come on.

  3. Check Configuration screen

    1. Check communication screen for error codes and hardware faults.

  4. Include any and all info regarding the HMI on the RMA sheet prior to shipping it, so that our technicians can repair as quickly as possible.
