The PowerFlex 4 series variable frequency drive 22A-A2P3N104 has an input rating of 200 to 240 Volts with a margin of ±10% in one-phase and output is three-phase over the voltage range of 0 to 230 Volts. The output power rating is 0.4 Kilowatts (0.5 horsepower) and the corresponding current is 2.3 Amperes. The input rating is 180 to 265 Volts and 1.15 Kilovolt-ampere with 6 Amperes of current. The variable frequency control is over the range of 0 to 240 Hertz and it can be programmed. The drive is highly efficient at a 97.5% typical value. UL Class J, CC, T or Type BS88, 600 Volt (550 Volt), or similar fuses and HMCP, Bulletin 140U, or similar circuit breakers are recommended. The drive has over voltage trips set at 405 Volts of direct current bus voltage or equivalent 290 Volts of alternating current on incoming line and undertrip current occurring at 210 Volts of direct current or equivalent 150 Volts of alternating current in incoming line – for the voltage rating of 200 to 240 Volts. The drive can control ride through for a minimum of 0.5 seconds which is typically set at 2 seconds and faultless power ride through is 100 milliseconds. The drive is approved by UL 508C, CSA 22.2, c-Tick, and CE EMC Directive 89/336/EEC, LV Dir. 73/23/EEC. It has a panel mount enclosure of rating IP20 or NEMA type Open and fixed keypad for human interface. The drive has standard IGBT brake. The drive can operate in minimum ambient temperature of -10 degrees Celsius (14 degrees Fahrenheit) and maximum ambient temperature of 50 degrees Celsius (122 degrees Fahrenheit), depending on the mounting configuration.
