The Allen-Bradley 1769-OF8C compact current analogue module contains 8 single-ended outputs each supports a voltage rating of 30 volts AC/30 volts DC with multiple output current ranges starting from 0 milliamps to 20 milliamps. The 1769-OF8C provides a resolution of 16 bits. This Allen-Bradley module converts and digitally saves analogue data current which can be employed by controllers such as the CompactLogix controller or the MicroLogix 1500 controller. The 1769-OF8C output module can be employed in several applications mainly in the industrial field. The 1769-OF8C module can be connected to a 1769-ADN DeviceNet adapter or with a 1769-AENTR Ethernet adapter. The 1769-OF8C output module offers the flexibility during the installation and mounting steps with two mounting M4 or #8 panhead screws for well-grounded panel mounting or on either EN 50 022 - 35 x 7.5 or EN 50 022 - 35 x 15 DIN rails. The 1769-OF8C output module dissipates an electrical power of 2.69 watts. The 1769-OF8C module has an OK status LED indicator which indicates that this module has power, passed internal diagnostics, and is communicating over the bus. This Allen-Bradley 1769-OF8C current analogue output module can be supplied through 1769 Compact I/O power supplies such as 1769-PA2, 1769-PB2, 1769-PA4, 1769-PB4 which are Class 2-rated power supplies except when connected to a MicroLogix 1500 base with a current consumption of 145 milliamps.
