Designed as a standard operating torque model, this limit switch has a maximum operating torque rating of 0.34 Newton-meters (Nm), as well as a maximum operating contact voltage of 600 volts AC. This Allen Bradley limit switch has an ambient temperature rating of -18 degrees Celsius to +54 degrees Celsius, or 0 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit.

Part number 802T-A is a standard operating torque model limit switch with lever actuation and spring return. This limit switch, which was designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation, has 4 pole snap action type contacts producing large snap through forces that yield little contact rebound. This NEMA A600 AC-15 designated device has a maximum operating contact voltage of 600 volts AC, as well as a corresponding make and break current rating of 12 and 1.2 amperes, respectively. Similarly, for an input voltage of 120 volts AC, this limit switch has a make and break current of 60 and 6 amperes, respectively, while at 240 volts AC, the make and break current is 30 and 3 amperes, respectively.  At 480 volts AC, the make and break current for this limit switch is 15 and 1.5 amperes, respectively.  Additionally, this limit switch has a continuous carrying current of 10 amperes and a make and break power rating of 7200 and 720 volt-amperes. Its maximum DC contact rating per pole is 0.1 amperes for voltage rating of 550 to 600 volts DC, 0.2 amperes for 230 to 250 volts, and 0.4 amperes for 115 to 125 volts DC. The Allen Bradley 802T-A is designed to operate at ambient temperature range of -18 to +54 degrees Celsius in the absence of freezing moisture or water. This device has a NEMA 13, IP54 rated enclosure, with a pollution degree of 3. This limit switch has 2 circuit contacts and can be mounted on a switch base.
