The 100-F block is compatible with the 100-C09 .... 100-C97 contactors and can easily be attached to the front. The block can be easily wired using its screw terminals that can be accessed from the front. For 8 additional switching poles, the 100-S series can be considered from the same manufacturer.

The module is an optional accessory that can be mounted to the 100-C series of IEC contactors. The 100-F provides increases the terminal contacts by either (2) two or (4) four poles depending on the selected configuration. To mount the terminal block simply attach it to the front of the contactor using Phillip head screws provided. The auxiliary contact blocks are used to operate auxiliary circuits and to control industrial systems.  All the terminals are opened when delivered and marked for easy wiring. The contact block does not require extra space and has a small footprint when installed on a contactor inside a panel box. Auxiliary contacts are different from load contacts. The auxiliary contacts are designed to power small circuit(s) of the system while the load contacts are capable of handling large currents for motors or motor control systems. The device has the same ambient temperature requirement of 40 Degrees celsius as the contactors in the 100-C series.  All the 100-C contactors come with an IP2X protection rating against fingertips, as well as the 100-F terminal block. The block is made using metal and PVC materials, so it is recommended to keep it in a less humid and corrosive environment to prevent degrading its quality and performance. If the user wants to increase the number of switching poles, the Allen-Bradley 100-S series of auxiliary contact blocks can increase the number of poles to eight (8). When installing this device make sure the power to the contactor has been cut, to prevent electrical damage to the user and to the device.

After the 30 day period, Automation Stop reserves the right to decide between refund, repair, or replacement with identical product. Because of the high volume of outgoing and incoming shipments on a day to day basis, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on items ordered mistakenly or part numbers ordered incorrectly.
