Allen-Bradley manufactures the SK-R9-PCG1-DF7 board to be used as a substitute platform for the PowerFlex 750 series of drive systems and other spare parts. In this case, an AC pre-charge panel can be used to start charging an SSD that has a frame size of 7. This board must be fitted inside the drive, providing the board with the same level of security as the drive. When changing this element, this is important to avoid utilizing electrostatic discharge-generating components at the time of the setup process, since its discharging might directly impact the part. The Allen-Bradley SK-R9-PCG1-DF7 substitute panel can run at 400 to 480 volts AC.
At least 23 lb-in of torque should be used to secure the SK-R9-PCG1-DF7 replaceable board when it is initially fitted, while the maximum torque is 46 lb-in. The screws used in this device are T25s and M6 x 1.0. These screws are made of titanium. As previously stated, this board is a circuitry component that must be shielded from static electricity during installation in order to maintain effective operation. It is necessary to install this SK-R9-PCG1-DF7 replacement board while keeping the location of the board's jumpers as close to their original positions as possible. The location of the PE-A jumper must remain constant in order to prevent altering the functioning mechanism of the board and causing additional faults. Hazards may arise if the connectors do not make complete contact with their respective sockets. All of the fasteners must be properly placed and fastened in order to prevent mistakes that might result in permanent harm to the board's structural integrity.
