825-MGB

The Allen-Bradley 825 series 825-MGB motor manager is a basic motor manager device 3-phase industrial motors. Its supply voltage rating is 440 Volts AC. The 825-MGB motor manager comes with a small keypad for input and control on its front panel. It also has an LCD screen and a slot that supports DeviceNet, Modbus, and Remote I/O communication options. The 825-MGB motor manager has an IP65-rated enclosure for protection.

825-MMV

The 825-MMV option card is an Allen-Bradley Bulletin 825 series option card. It is an accessory for Allen-Bradley Bulletin 825 smart motor manager devices. The 825-MMV option card is a voltage type of option card and it supports medium or moderate levels of voltage. When this card is installed on a host device, it is installed in a slot that is also compatible with another Bulletin 825 option card, but only 1 card can be installed in the slot at a time.

825-MST

The Allen-Bradley 825 series 825-MST option card can be installed in a Bulletin 825 smart motor manager module. This option card allows the smart motor manager module to support a core balance transformer for a zero-sequence method. The 825-MST option card also allows the smart motor manager to connect to several other optional devices such as a speed switch, up to 6 PTC thermistors, and up to 3 auxiliary relays.

825-PD

The Allen-Bradley 825 series 825-PD relay module is a protective relay module for 3-phase industrial motors. The protection features supported by the 825-PD module include undercurrent, overcurrent, high-temperature, thermal overload, and short circuit protection features. The 825-PD relay module uses 24 to 48 Volts DC of operating voltage. This module can be connected to devices such as converter modules and communication cards to expand its functionalities. There are control keys or pushbuttons on the front panel of the 825-PD module.

825-PDN

The 825-PDN communication card supports DeviceNet communication. It is an Allen-Bradley 825 series communication card and it is an optional feature for an 825 series motor protection system. The 825-PDN communication card can be installed in the designated expansion slot on an Allen-Bradley 825-P protection module to allow the module to support DeviceNet communication. This card has a DeviceNet connector, status LEDs, node address switches, and a data rate switch.

825-PIOD

The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 825 series 825-PIOD option card is an expansion I/O type of option card. It includes 3 input channels and 4 output channels and when it is installed on an Allen-Bradley Bulletin 825 smart motor manager device, its inputs and outputs will expand the number of I/O connections that the smart motor manager device can support. The 825-PIOD expansion I/O option card supports 120V AC of coil voltage and 24V AC/DC of input voltage.

825-PVS

The Allen-Bradley 825-PVS input card is a voltage type of input card that can be used with Bulletin 825-P modules in the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 825 series of motor control devices. It supports AC voltage and its line voltage rating is 300V AC. The 825-PVS voltage input card is compatible with Bulletin 825-P modules that use different types of connections, including Wye-Wye types of connections, open Delta types of connections, and direct Wye types of connections.

825-MCM20

The Allen-Bradley 825 series 825-MCM20 converter module is an accessory for an Allen-Bradley 825-P motor protection module or system. This converter module supports phase current inputs in the 825-P motor protection module or system. The 825-MCM20 converter module's current range is 2.5 to 20 Amps. It can support thermal current. The highest altitude that the 825-MCM20 converter module can operate at without derating is 2000 meters above sea level.

825-MCM180

The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 825 series 825-MCM180 module is an external converter module that makes it possible for an Allen-Bradley Bulletin 825 series motor manager to operate with phase current inputs. The current range that this converter module supports is between 20 and 180 Amps. The 825-MCM180 converter module uses an RJ-45 cable that is resistant to short circuits for connecting to the Bulletin 825 motor manager relay card.

825-P

The Allen-Bradley 825 series 825-P module is a type of protection module for industrial motors. This protection module must be configured before use and one of its configuration options is configuration through the pushbuttons on its front panel and the menus displayed on its front panel screen. The 825-P protection module can protect a 3-phase motor from short circuits, from becoming unbalanced, from overloads, and from locked rotor errors. It includes several monitoring features.

825-MAJ

The Allen-Bradley smart motor manager module is a Bulletin 825 motor manager device. It is AC-powered and it operates at 220-240V AC with 50-60 Hz of frequency. The 825-MAJ smart motor manager module supports low-voltage and medium-voltage applications. This module can communicate with other devices on the Remote I/O and DeviceNet networks. The 825-MAJ smart motor manager module has a small LCD screen, a small control keypad, and an LED status indicator on its front panel.

825-MCM5

The Allen-Bradley 825 series 825-MCM5 converter module is an external current converter module for 825-P motor protection systems and modules. 825-MD

The 825-MD protection module can operate at 120-220V AC of input voltage at 50-60 Hertz or at 110-120V AC of input voltage at 50-60 Hertz. It is also known as a smart motor manager device. The 825-MD protection module is designed to reduce the chances of a motor experiencing unplanned shutdowns.
