Allen-Bradley's 1394C-AM03 is a three-phase multi-axis module. It is CUL-listed and CUL-certified. Current loop compensation and digitally controlled velocity, both of which take system inertia into account, are included in this module's control features. Digital fault utilities and digital diagnostic functions are also included in this module. A current monitor, a feedback signal monitor, and thermal overload detection are also included in this device. Soft current limiting and overload tolerant functioning are among the advanced safety measures incorporated. Because it uses slide-and-lock connectors for seamless system integration, this module does not require wiring harnesses or bus bars. To connect to plant floor networks, the 1394C-AM03 axis module incorporates extensive I/O functions and communication routes. With a nominal input voltage of 530 to 680 volts DC, this module is rated for 2 kilowatts of power. For this module with a controller, the static gain is 1.28 RMS A/V. This unit has a continuous current power output of 1.62 to 2 kilowatts at 360 to 460 volts nominal voltage and is rated for 3 amperes of continuous current. The module features a capacitance rating of 110 microfarads and a 200 percent current limit adjustment. If this module is not likely to be used soon, it must be stored in a hygienic, dry area with an average temperature range of approximately 0 to 65 degrees Celsius (32 to 149 °F) and a relative humidity range of 5 percent to 95 percent, non-condensing. Additionally, it should be placed inside a space that will not expose it to a corrosive atmosphere.
