The Allen-Bradley 2094-BC07-M05-S drive has been designed to make wiring, programming, operation, and diagnostics faster and easier. This drive assist offers a wide range of capabilities to the user and decreases the engineering and installation time while adding flexibility to the system to enable support for demanding motion applications. It accommodates between 1 and 8 axes on a power rail. It operates on a voltage rating of 360 volts of alternating current and an input current of 71 amperes. The drive has a modular design and it has been specifically designed to have simplified wiring. This reduces the total number of connections that it needs. The drive is 14.76 inches long, 7.71 inches wide, and 10.7 inches tall. The compact and robust design of the drive ensures improved flexibility in machine design.

The Allen-Bradley 2094-BC07-M05-S drive also provides excellent safety and system operations. The safety torque and response time do not exceed 25 milliseconds, and this boosts productivity and also reduces interruptions. Additionally, the speed of an application can be reduced or monitored through the safe speed monitoring feature. The drive also produces a torque rating of up to 250% of continuous rated current for limited duty cycles. When there is a power outage, the multi-turn absolute encoders help to maintain the drive’s position. The high-range enhancement configuration of the Allen-Bradley 2094-BM03-S drive offers a higher peak current that further allows for the amplitude modulation unit to support motion applications that require speedy acceleration and deceleration in limited duty cycles. It can operate at temperatures as high as 50° Celsius and can be stored at temperatures ranging from -40° Celsius to 70° Celsius.

Allen-Bradley 2094-BCO7-MO5 is a Kinetix 6000, integrated axis servo drive, and contains the safety feature Safe Torque Off (STO). The input supply voltage is 360/480 Volts AC with the mains frequency being 50/60 Hertz, 3 phase power, and 324 – 528 Volts RMS. The power ratings for the system are 45 Kilowatts to a bus of 68 Amperes for the converter and 22 Kilowatts to a bus of 49 Amperes for the inverter. The nominal output current is considered to be 34.6Amperes. The direct current input voltage is rated as 458 – 747 Volts which is a common Bus follower whereas the current is at 68 Amperes. To control the circuit power input, a fuse and a switch are incorporated with the following specifications. For the fuse, the Bussmann fuse FNQ-R-10(10A) or FNQ-R-7.5A is recommended whereas for the circuit breaker 1492-SPM2D060 or 1492-SPM1D150 is suitable. For the direct current Bus power, Bussmann fuse FWJ-125A and Mersen fuse A70QSI25-R and operate within 324 – 528 Volts RMS, are found to be suitable. The maximum power output for series A and series B are 90 Kilowatts and 135 Kilowatts, respectively. The maximum power of the internal shunt is 22.5 Kilowatts, the continuous power is 200 Watts and the internal shunt resistor is 28.75 Ohms. The system is 97 percent efficient with a maximum power dissipation of 226 Watts.
