Allen-Bradley's 20DD011A3EYYANCSL is a variable frequency AC drive. This drive is part of the PowerFlex 700S series of AC drives. Additionally, serial, Ethernet, and ControlNet connectivity modules are available as options. Numerous feedback choices are available, including an incremental encoder, a resolver, and a high-resolution encoder. The PowerFlex 700S drives provide a variety of motor control methods, including flux vector control. The ATEX, CE, C-Tick, and UL standards all apply to the PowerFlex 700S drives. The operating temperature range for open and IP 20 rated drives is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius, while the operating temperature span for IP 56 and NEMA/UL Type 1 rated drives is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.

For demanding applications, this AC drive features 2-phase control. The Allen-Bradley 20DD011A3EYYANCSL has various power rating associated with it, including 50 to 1500 kilowatts at 690 volts alternating current (AC), 1 to 1600 horsepower at 500 to 600 volts alternating current (AC), 1 to 1250 horsepower at 380 to 480 volts alternating current (AC), and 1 to 100 horsepower at 200 to 240 volts alternating current (AC). Both 6-pulse and 3-phase inputs supply the drives with their full rated current. However, single-phase inputs only offer 50% of the maximum current.
