The 22C-B065A103 is an adjustable frequency drive that is intended for use in fan and pump applications. This drive is part of the PowerFlex 400 series and is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This unit has a three phase input, as well as output power connection. It operates at a voltage of 240 Volts AC and accepts an input voltage range between 180 Volts and 265 Volts AC. The drive has an output power rating of 20 horsepower (15 kilowatts) and is able to generate 65 amperes of output current at 50 degrees Celsius. This drive offers digital, as well as analog, inputs. Three semi-programmable and four programmable digital inputs are available that can operate in source and sink modes. Source mode inputs are rated at 24 Volts and Sink mode inputs at 6 Volts. One isolated and one non-isolated analog input is also provided that operates between 0 and 10 Volts or 4 to 20 milliamperes. The module has a 10 bit resolution capability and uses a Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control method. It offers two Form C relay outputs that are programmable. Two non-isolated analog outputs are also provided. This drive includes a keypad featuring an LCD screen and five LED indicators. An RS-485 serial communication port is also provided. The drive is capable of 110 percent overload for up to one minute. It also offers built-in Class 10 Electronic Motor Overload Protection, as well as Motor Over-temperature Protection. This unit has dimensions conforming to a D sized frame.
