The 2711-K6C10L1 is a discontinued PanelView 600 operator terminal manufactured by Allen Bradley as part of the PanelView 600 series. This operator terminal enables the operator to interface easily with their machine. It comes with a human-machine interface (HMI) with a 5-inch color display. When using the 2711-K6C10L1 terminal, it has HMI with a keypad for the input of information and data. This terminal operates on 18 – 32 volts DC input power, and has an internal memory of 240 kilobytes. If necessary, the terminal has an optional internal backlight replacement part 2711-NL3. It weighs approximately 6 lbs and measures about 14 x 11 x 8 inches. Allen Bradley 2711-K6C10L1 operator terminal features DeviceNet terminals for connection and communication with other devices over DeviceNet link using the server explicit, I/O, client explicit, or listen-only messaging. Additionally, they can connect to the SLC, PLC, and ControlLogix controllers over the DeviceNet link, which uses a DeviceNet Scanner Module. It also supports direct access to data to minimize ladder logic. This DeviceNet network allows for cyclic, polled, change-of-state, and peer-to-peer messaging efficient communication.
