The 2711P-B6C20D9 by Allen Bradley is a PanelView Plus 6 - 600 operator terminal. There is both a keypad and touch option available on the 5.7-inch display. This display is a color active-matrix thin film transistor (TFT) display with a maximum brightness of 440 nits. This display has a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels with 18-bit color graphics.  The terminal has a non-replaceable white LED backlight that has a life of 25,000 hours minimum at a temperature of 25°C (77°F). The touchscreen Human Machine Interface (HMI) option has 4 wires with analog resistive qualities and a limit of 10 to 110 grams of force to be applied. The keypad interface option has a stainless-steel membrane with navigation, numeric, and function keys that should be pressed with a maximum 340 grams of force. Both HMI methods have a limit of one million presses each. The system has 256 MB RAM and 512 MB nonvolatile memory with a 73 MB free for the user. An SD card can be inserted externally for extra storage requirements. The terminal has an Ethernet, RS-232, one USB host, and one USB device as communication ports available. An input voltage of 100 to 240 volts AC with a frequency of 50 to 60 hertz is required for proper operation. The power dissipation with an AC source is 35 volt-amperes maximum.  When used with a DC power supply, the nominal voltage is rated at 24 volts DC with a voltage range of 18 to 30 volts DC. The rated power dissipation with a DC power supply is 15 watts at 0.6 amperes and 9 watts at 0.375 amperes.
