This 1756-CMS1B1 is a compute module and is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This module belongs to the ControlLogix series of modules by Allen Bradley. This compute module is available with one USB port, a special integrated DisplayPort, and two 32 GB SD ports. The DisplayPort of this module helps this module to connect with a high-definition monitor with a USB 3.0 device port to connect OS peripherals. The primary function of this Allen-Bradley 1756-CMS1B1 module is direct communication with the help of the Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 5570 controller or an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 5580 controller via a system backplane device. The user can use an Application Programming Interface (API) for programming the custom applications in the OS (operating system).
