The Allen Bradley 2198-H025-ERS2 is a servo drive compatible with the GuardLogix 5570 and Compact GuardLogix 5570 controllers. The input voltage rating of the drive is 196 to 264 volts AC rms with 240 volts being its nominal voltage, or 325 to 528 volts with a 480 volts AC nominal voltage. The main input AC current rating is 8.30 amperes at 324 to 580 volts AC. The drive's frequency rating ranges from 44 to 62 hertz, with a nominal frequency of 60 hertz. The PWM frequency of this drive is 4 kilohertz. The drive has a constant output rms current of 8.0 amperes and a continuous output current ranging from 0 to 11.30 amperes (0-pk). The peak output rms current is approximately 20 amperes. The continuous output power offered by the drive is 2.4 kilowatts at 195 to 264 volts rms, 3-phase, or 5.1 kilowatts at 324 to 580 volts rms, 3-phase. The drive's internal shunt resistance is 60 ohms with an internal shunt power of 50 watts. The Allen Bradley 2198-H025-ERS2 is compatible with multi axis systems, as well as independent systems. The drive can be set up for shared AC and DC hybrid or multi axis shared AC or DC installation, shared AC, or shared DC. This drive has a size 2 frame and has an IP20 protection class. Installing the drive in an area with a temperature less than 50 degrees Celsius is recommended for optimum performance. The storage temperature range for the drive is -40 to 72 degrees Celsius.
