This 440G-TZS21UPLH is a guard locking switch, and it is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This locking switch is part of the Guardmaster TLS-ZR-GD2 line. This switch is designed to provide high-tech data and safety interlock solutions. This switch operates at a voltage of 24 volts DC. This switch is available with one PNP auxiliary contact and two PNP safety contacts. This guard locking switch is intended for the application of the guard locking system, and it will help to achieve the intended performance. This switch system includes RFID door targets along with the existing mechanical configuration. It is easy to mount this locking switch on a fully flexible actuator. This switch system is available with integral microprocessor technology along with two OSSD outputs and a locking and unlocking mechanism that works out on the entire signal input. This guard locking switch and guardmaster TLS-ZR-GD2 product includes the feature of having an RFID door target provide internal microprocessor information on the door position, and it indicates that if in case there is a missing or broken actuator key immediately, the microprocessor shuts the OSSD safety outputs. Each switch contains semiconductor OSSD safety outputs, and it can be connected in a series with the other safety components that are having OSSD solid-state outputs like the SensaGuard range of contactless switches. In this locking switch, there is a stainless actuator guide that destroys the damage that may be caused by the guard wear or poor guard alignment. This module has a maximum target distance of 13 mm (0.51 in.).
