Allen Bradley designed and manufactured the 5069-L320ERS2 as a SIL 2 rated PAC (programmable automation controller) and it is a member of the CompactLogix 5380 product series. This controller series was created expressly to suit the industry's contemporary safety, control, connection, and integration needs. The module has two (2) megabytes (MB) of user memory, as well as one (1) megabyte (MB) of safety memory and two (2) Gigabytes (GB) of nonvolatile memory. It can run up to 1000 programs per job, and it is also remotely accessible via the high-speed Ethernet connector. In addition, the module has one (1) USB B port and two (2) Ethernet connections. Each port has a USB connection speed of twelve (12) megabytes per second and an Ethernet throughput of ten (10) megabytes per second, one hundred (100) megabytes per second, or one (1) Gigabyte per second. This Allen Bradley module may also house up to sixteen (16) Input/Output modules and forty (40) Ethernet nodes. This device has a power rating of 475 milliamperes and operates on a direct current from 18 to 32 volts. At 9.99 amperes, the maximum sensor current rating is ten (10) milliamperes, with a pass-through voltage ranging from 0 to 32 volts of direct current. The peak S/A electricity current is rated at ten (10) amperes of Direct Current power and must not be surpassed by operators. The physical dimensions of this module measure 143.97 mm x 98.10 mm x 136.81 mm. Additionally, the weight of this device is approximately 1.69 pounds. This device has an open-type enclosure and must be mounted via a panel.
