Part Number 813S-V3-480V is a voltage motion monitoring relay, manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The device is part of the MachineAlert family of products, dedicated to providing supplementary protection functions to current supply networks. The voltage monitoring relay is normally used for guarding against the critical cases of under voltage, over voltage, bad voltage quality, loss of phase or phase imbalance and reversal. The device has the function of time delay setting, which can be adjusted by the operator. Another available function is the automatic reset and the LED indicators, which provide status information for relay, alarm and power supply. 

This voltage monitoring relay is three-phase within a range of 440 to 480 volts AC with a frequency range 50 to 400 hertz. It has 4 input terminals, which are labeled L1, L2, L3 and N. The device can operate within the nominal voltage setting ranges of 2 to 22 percent upper range and -22 to -2 percent lower range. The unit hysteresis accuracy is 1 percent in the setting range of 2 to 5 percent and 2 percent in the setting range of 5 to 22 percent. The unit operational power is 13 volt-amps when used at Δ 400 AC and 50 hertz. It has a 2 changeover contacts type SPDT relays, form C, normally energized and their rated insulation voltage is 250 volts AC. The unit is placed in an IP20 enclosure with dimensions of 45 x 80 x 99.5 millimeters (1,77 x 3,15 x 3,92 inches). Its electric plug connection is screw type, which has to be screwed with maximum torque of 0.5 Newton-meters.
