The part SK-R1-MCB1-PF753 is the PowerFlex 753 main control board. It works with voltage classes C, D, E, and F and on all frame sizes. One component is required per drive at a recommended received level 1 where printed circuit boards and other components that are recommended for stocking. It has a port for connection with the human interface module cradle and power supply for the internal cooling fan. The battery receptacle for the CR1220 lithium coin cell battery powers the real time clock used to time stamp critical data. The real time clock settings are preserved in case of power loss or during power cycling. The hardware ENABLE jumper on removal makes TB3 an Enable. The SAFETY enable jumper is removed after installation of safety options. The jumper J4 is an analog input mode jumper that can select between the voltage (0 to 10 Volts) and current (4 to 20 milliamperes) input modes. The I/O terminal block is designated TB1 and relay and digital input terminal blocks are TB2 and TB3, respectively. The DPI Port 2 gives the cable connection for handheld and remote interfacing options. The TB1 terminal has points for analog out positive and negative, a 10 volt common and reference, analog input positive and negative, motor PTC positive and negative, transistor output, 24 Volt common, digital input common, and two digital inputs. TB2 terminal consists of three relay contacts for normally closed, common, and normally open with a rating of 240 Volts AC, 24 Volts DC, 2 Amperes maximum. The TB3 terminal has three points for digital input.
