The ES0622 module's architecture, which is developed on an upgraded Intel CPU, combines a high-resolution operational functionality with a wide range of I/O features. Operators may communicate with much industrial equipment by using one of the many standard ports and extension buses available. It has a built-in 18-bit flat-screen display. TFT technology is used in the six-inch diagonal, back-lit display to generate a bright user interface. A resolution of 320 by 240 pixels is offered by the display. It supports multiple input options such as a resistive touch panel with a resolution of 12- bits,  an external hardware keyboard in a development mode, a Soft Input Panel, and a USB mouse. 12 volts or 24 volts DC is used to power ES0622, which attaches to the quick-connect socket integrated into the display. The module needs a minimum of 10.8 volts and a maximum of 30 volts and nominal power of 24 watts for smooth operation. It has the following internal memory; 32/64 MB FLASH, 512KB SRAM 512KB, 32 MB DRAM, and 512 KB ROM. It has an external SDRAM expansion and CompactFlash (CF) options. Generally, programs are stored in flash storage, while user data is stored in battery-backed static random-access memory (SRAM).
The ES0622 includes two full-speed USB v1.1 host ports for connecting USB peripherals and two serial data transfer ports (COM1 and COM2 ). The module also has a 10/100BaseT auto-negotiate Ethernet connection port (IEEE802.3). The port can be accessed using Windows CE network communications or through your customized application. Channel status is shown by LED indicators on the port.
