The HE693STP300 is a three-axis indexer module. This module was designed and manufactured by Horner Electric. This module is mainly applicable with the Series 90–30 programmable logic controllers (PLCs) that belong to Emerson - GE Fanuc. Its main function is to control a single or multiple linear motions or rotary motions as it functions together with other feedback devices. The output setup time for the direction is 2 milliseconds at minimum and the direction power output is a maximum of 300 milliamperes at 5 volts. The output frequency for Step is rated at 245 kilohertz.

For the encoder, the input frequency is rated at 1.0 mHz, whereas its single ended threshold lies between 1.2 volts to 1.6 volts at a direct current (DC) phase and differential threshold is between -0.2 volts and 0.2 volts similarly direct current phase. The home inputs at the OFF state is given as 12 volts direct current (DC) and the home inputs at ON state with a current flow rating of 1 milliamperes is 9 volts. For the input of an emergency stop at the ON state is 12 volts DC whereas the OFF state with 1 milliampere current flowing through the circuit is 9 volts DC. This module has an operating temperature that should remain within a range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius. Additionally, the relative humidity of the surrounding area should have levels ranging from five (5) percent to ninety-five (95) percent. This module has a wide position control range that makes it suitable for micro-stepping translator drive, therefore, reducing the noise during operation.
